After a hiatus due to the pandemic, the Arlington Concert Band (ACB) resumes with an exciting fall season. Mark your calendars for the next ACB concert on Thursday, December 2nd. Join a fun evening of group music, featuring both classic and contemporary tunes.

A wind ensemble of over 50 professional music teachers and dedicated amateur musicians, ACB performs regularly throughout the community and plays an assortment of music including marches, concert arias and classical arrangements. ACB musicians come from diverse backgrounds – from lawyers to IT professionals to retirees – but all are united around a common mission to bring a mix of family and professional music to the community for the pleasure of all and to provide an outlet for making musical performance is a permanent activity. The ACB is headed by Director James Kirchenbauer.

The ACB accepts new members. For those interested, contact the ACB via their Facebook page. Rehearsals take place on Tuesday evenings and resume in mid-September. To alleviate health concerns, musicians will use playing masks and bells.
